Random pieces of furniture, bikes, skateboards, etc. will often get thrown into Salem's Pickering Wharf. The city (along with friendly volunteers) are often the ones to fish these objects out and set them along the walk way. As a way to engage passerby's and prompt a conversation on the Wharf & museums, we built "Museum of a Sunken Treasure." Encouraging others to donate to the collection, by helping clean the wharf.
